Advanced Tech Electric

We rebuild our products with the highest quality parts assuring us one of the lowest return rates in the industry! We do not use harnesses, adapters or modified units, as we feel that the engineers that designed the vehicle or equipment have the best feel for integrated wiring design and air-flow. Our products have new wear surfaces, bushings and bearings. Marine & Foul weather units are coated internally with a special marine varnish to minimize environmental damage. When considering time and labor, this is one reason the OEM® brand is chosen above others by resellers, mechanics and industry professionals. Reliability is our cornerstone. Our clients include the US Armed Forces, Fire and Police departments, Racing Teams, Aviation Industry Specialists, and Commercial Fishing fleets. When reliability is a high value, our clients trust the OEM® brand.

Each of our Starters and Alternators are tested, stamped and dated by the individual who assembled it, assuring their pride in workmanship.

• All starters are tested by a quality control technician using a computer controlled flywheel which performs a load test, then simulates engine start up and measures the drive disengage function.

• Our alternators are tested on a specialized computer with a variable speed motor, battery simulator and programmable electronic load.

• Each unit comes with a unique test report showing the performance curves and test results for that specific unit.

• Trio-style, externally regulated alternators are tested with regulators to properly load trio circuit for final test.

• The energy produced by both testers during testing is returned to the testers in order to reduce power consumption.
